Here’s why you shouldn’t keep a security system for your tenant.
People often ask me, “Should I keep my security system for my tenant?” I know the times are different now, and there’s a bit more unrest in America and San Antonio, but my answer is still no. Your tenant might not value the security system as much as you do. You can allow the resident to get a security system, but let them do it on their dime.
